A winding stream on the shore reminded me of the state of flow we find ourselves in when we are completely present in the here and now. With faith in the future and no bemoaning of the past, a peaceful unfolding of one’s highest potential may take place. Moment by moment, like the stream emptying into the sea, this unfolding will bring an awareness of the interconnectedness of all of life.
We are one with all that is.
